Ryan Wyatt manages our seven bed HMO in Stoke on Trent. We have not experienced this level of professionalism in UK property management. Ryan’s management has been outstanding in every aspect. He took a poorly managed property and turned it into a compliant, refreshed, efficient and fully tenanted property within six weeks. His network of maintenance, supplier and council contacts was critical in turning our property around. Try Point to Home and Ryan, you will not be let down.

I met Ryan Wyatt after my management agent let me down, literally overnight, for a multi let property I own. I mistakenly trusted the previous agent to manage my property, he took his commission to do so, but on visiting I discovered it had been let out to a group of very low grade lodgers. Serious levels of damage and lodgers doing moonlight flights owing me back rent, an armed robbery, a drug dealer. It was all pretty depressing and expensive stuff. Ryan came along and it was clear his level of professionalism was at a standard the previous agent could never achieve. Once I had repaired the multi let Ryan quickly filled it with decent lodgers, fully referenced and checked out. Finally after a pretty torid, and expensive, seven months I could relax. Ryan is clearly very passionate about his job. He juggles many properties but still manages to give you that professional and personal contact. I know very well I was difficult to deal with at the beginning. This was solely down to the stress of what I had discovered at the HMO, and being used to no communication from the previous agent. Ryan’s patience was first class. Thanks Ryan. I’m one very happy landlord again!

I Have a varied portfolio of property and also have customers of mine that invest also. we switched all are properties to Point 2 Homes as unfortunately the previous agent, well to be polite we simply had out grown the relationship. Ryan their Lettings Manager is professional and well organised. He took over 2 problem properties we had, from a previous agent. The tenants have now gone and his service team has done an excellent job clearing the properties and redecorating them.
