I met Ryan Wyatt after my management agent let me down, literally overnight, for a multi let property I own. I mistakenly trusted the previous agent to manage my property, he took his commission to do so, but on visiting I discovered it had been let out to a group of very low grade lodgers. Serious levels of damage and lodgers doing moonlight flights owing me back rent, an armed robbery, a drug dealer. It was all pretty depressing and expensive stuff. Ryan came along and it was clear his level of professionalism was at a standard the previous agent could never achieve. Once I had repaired the multi let Ryan quickly filled it with decent lodgers, fully referenced and checked out. Finally after a pretty torid, and expensive, seven months I could relax.
Ryan is clearly very passionate about his job. He juggles many properties but still manages to give you that professional and personal contact. I know very well I was difficult to deal with at the beginning. This was solely down to the stress of what I had discovered at the HMO, and being used to no communication from the previous agent. Ryan’s patience was first class.
