Expert in-depth routine property inspection reports including fire alarm testing during each visit.
Handling of any maintenance issues, advising on the best solutions using the most suitable contractor, saving you money & time.
Coordinating our highly skilled & trained maintenance team from start to finish on any repairs carried out on a property with detailed updates for both tenants & our landlords.
Securing of any keys in a safe place using a strict sign in & out system.
Rent collection management using automated systems & our experienced hands on rent arrears specialist.
Arrangements & coordinating a cleaning team that will clean all communal areas along with supplying them with a check off list to quickly spot check for any maintenance issues during their visit which includes before & after photos of cleaning done & any maintenance issues, which we then review and deal with accordingly.
Conducting any legal requirements such as weekly fire alarm testing for (3 zone fire alarm panels) ensuring that you as a landlord are legally covered should a fire break out in a property.
Expert advice on keeping up with government guidelines & changes at all times.
Market rental amount agreement between landlord & Point to Home sourcing of tenants.
